Need a ride? Senior members and their families can put their trust in our trained drivers when they’re out and about. We know that the freedom of movement is a major part of our member’s independence. Our fleet of easily accessible vehicles are standing by to provide safe and comfortable transportation to and from our center as well as to outings and appointments.

Home Delivered meals is a service provided to eligible Community Health Choices program recipients. If you attend Adult Day Care or receive Home Care services, you may be eligible for Home Delivered Meals. Call us and we will help you through the process.
