Partnering with Varsity Care is truly a partnership, and we are passionate about it. In line with our operational philosophy, we strive to ensure that every business retains its identity and maintains its legacy in the community it has served. Beyond accomplishing an owner’s succession goals, the business will gain a skilled support network. This includes our legal team, financial and accounting group, Human Resource specialists, and IT support.
The process begins with a conversation at the most comfortable time and place for you. We want to understand what has brought you to this consideration, the legacy of your business, your goals, your concerns, and where you envision yourself at the end of the process. The next step is to create an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) and provide basic financial and operational data for review by the Varsity Care team.
