Our Integration Strategy is to preserve the local brand of the acquired company and to partner with current owners and/or operators to ensure a secure, thoughtful change of ownership. Our typical transaction structure is an all-cash purchase but we entertain alternative structures.
Our acquisition strategy:
- Fully licensed provider with a capacity of 75+ clients for day services.
- Profitable operating history (although we may also consider unprofitable operations, turnarounds and special situations).
- Medicaid or other public pay contracts.
- Located on the East Coast (NJ, PA, MD, MA and DC) or in the Midwest (IL, OH, KY, IN and MN)
